1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and jua9 ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jua9 online gaming platform at jua9.vip, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered therein. By creating an account or using any feature of the jua9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

jua9 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of jua9 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to jua9 and participation in any game, betting market or promotional offer is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age — You must be at least 21 years of age. jua9 applies strict age verification at registration and may request government-issued photo identification (national ID, passport, or birth certificate) at any time to confirm your age.
• Legal capacity — You must have full legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those legally declared incapacitated may not register.
• Single account — Each player may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information — All details provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and current. You must promptly update your account if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Self-exclusion compliance — You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or other restriction that prohibits or limits your access to online gaming platforms.

jua9 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, access may be restricted pending verification. Players found to be ineligible will have their accounts closed and any real-money balance returned in accordance with jua9's standard withdrawal policy, net of bonus funds already received.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jua9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• Deposits are credited once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. jua9 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically supported. Approved withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section and may be subject to additional verification checks.
• jua9 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from business accounts, joint accounts, or unverified sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Where jua9 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction is connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity, jua9 is obligated to report such activity to the relevant authorities. The associated account will be suspended during any such investigation and funds may be withheld.
• Chargebacks initiated by a player without prior notification to jua9 are considered a breach of these Terms. jua9 reserves the right to recover the full value of any chargeback, including associated fees, from the player's account balance or by other lawful means.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are published in the jua9 cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Players are encouraged to review current limits before submitting a withdrawal request.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play Policy

All games on jua9 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure genuine randomness and freedom from manipulation. The following fair play rules apply to all players at all times:

• Players must not exploit software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a known software error are void and will be deducted from the player's balance. • Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage — including in live casino games, poker variants and sports betting — is strictly prohibited. jua9 employs fraud detection systems that monitor for collusion patterns and may share relevant data with game providers and industry anti-fraud bodies where required.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any AI tool designed to place bets or interact with jua9 without direct human input is strictly prohibited. Accounts found using automated tools will be immediately suspended.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the result recorded by jua9's game server logs shall be the definitive record. For live casino games provided by third-party studios such as Evolution Gaming or Ezugi, the game provider's server logs shall take precedence. Players may submit a formal dispute via [email protected] within 7 days of the relevant game round.

8. Responsible Gaming

jua9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their behaviour. jua9 recognises that for some players gambling can become problematic. The following tools and policies are available:

• Deposit limits — Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jua9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from: service interruptions or downtime; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing; losses suffered as a result of placing bets or participating in games; or reliance on any information published on the jua9 platform.

jua9's total cumulative liability to any player shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their jua9 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, players are encouraged to contact jua9's customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. jua9 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties may pursue alternative dispute resolution through a mutually acceptable mediator.
